Each book is made to order for one specific child, which is why both the digital and printed versions fall under the statutory exemption from the right to withdraw — they can't be returned without giving a reason. But if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or something just isn't right, we'll sort out a fix or a brand-new copy at our expense. Just drop us a line — we handle every claim fairly and fast.
