Question 1

How much does the book cost?

Accepted Answer

The digital book is $7.99 — you can flip through it online, download it as a PDF, and optionally add an audiobook for $3.99. The printed A4 hardcover is $32.99 plus $5.99 shipping. You'll find everything laid out in our pricing overview.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

By card through the secure Stripe gateway — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never reach us at all; they stay with your bank and the gateway.

Question 3

My payment failed. What now?

Accepted Answer

Just try again, with a different card or another payment method the checkout offers you — the book you've started won't be lost (it stays in your browser, and once you sign in you'll find it under My books). If the trouble keeps coming back, drop us a line at kontakt@hrdinaknizky.cz.

Question 4

Do I have to buy the digital book if I only want the printed one?

Accepted Answer

Print orders are placed from a finished digital book — the book is created first, you take your time reviewing and fine-tuning it, and only then do you send it to print. That way you can be sure exactly what you want is what gets printed.

Question 5

Is there a discount for buying more than one book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — with our family gift voucher bundles: 10% off 2 books, 17% off 3, and 20% off 5.

Question 6

How do I redeem a discount code or voucher?

Accepted Answer

In the order summary you'll find a field labeled “Have a discount code or gift voucher?” — the code is verified and deducted right before payment. The same field works for discount codes, gift vouchers, and partner codes.

Question 7

Can I use more than one discount code at once?

Accepted Answer

You can apply one code per order. A gift voucher, though, can gradually cover several items (the book, the audiobook, and the print), and any remaining balance carries over.
