Question 1

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you'd rather not create the book yourself, give a voucher instead: for a digital book, with an audiobook, with a printed book, the royal bundle (everything together), or family bundles of 2–5 books at a discount. Vouchers are valid for 365 days.

Question 2

How does the recipient use the voucher?

Accepted Answer

They receive a code (by e-mail or from you). They create a book that's entirely their own — photo, story, style — and enter the code at checkout. The voucher covers the price; with a print voucher, only shipping is paid separately.

Question 3

When does the voucher arrive, and can I give it in person?

Accepted Answer

The code lands in your inbox right after payment. You can also have it sent straight to the recipient with a personal message — or print out the e-mail and hand over the gift yourself. Scheduling delivery for a specific date isn't possible just yet.

Question 4

Do I get anything for leaving a review?

Accepted Answer

You do! You can write a review in your account, right next to your printed book. An approved review with a photo earns you a coupon for a free audiobook with your next book, and a review with a video gets you 50% off your next digital book. Coupons are valid for 6 months.
