Question 1

How do I sign in to my account?

Accepted Answer

Sign up with your e-mail and a password, or with a single click via Google. You don't need an account to order — but any books you create while signed out will automatically link to your account once you register in the same browser.

Question 2

I forgot my password. What now?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" — we'll send you an e-mail with a link to set a new one.

Question 3

Where do I find all my books?

Accepted Answer

Once you're signed in, head to My Books — finished books are ready to read and edit, and works in progress have a "Continue" button. You'll also always get a link to your finished book by e-mail.

Question 4

What happens to the photo I upload?

Accepted Answer

We use your photo solely to create the illustrations for your book. It's kept in private storage (it's never publicly accessible), we don't share it, and we don't use it to train AI. We'll delete it on request — you'll find the details in our Privacy Policy.

Question 5

Can I order an extra copy of the same book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the print form, you set the number of copies for each book. Every extra copy costs $25.99 and travels in the same parcel, so you don't pay for shipping again.

If you want to send it somewhere else, say to Grandma, order it as a separate print to her address. Then you pay the full price and shipping.

Question 6

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Accepted Answer

Use the link in the footer of any newsletter, or visit the Unsubscribe page. Transactional e-mails (your finished book, shipping updates) will still come through.
